1-on-1 Meetings

The primary objective of Match XR 2022 is to help people connect within the XR & emerging tech industry, and 1-on-1 “speed dating” is the perfect way to do that!

1-on-1 speed meetings are a quick and easy way to meet new potential cooperation partners and contacts in the field of XR and other emerging technologies. This is your chance to make a first impression that lasts!

The meetings are primarily for individuals from organizations of all forms and sizes, looking for partnerships, investors and/or new contacts in general.

The duration of one meeting is 15 minutes.

All of the 1-on-1 meetings are prescheduled by attendees themselves using our recently established networking platform. See below for instructions!

How to schedule meetings

For the matchmaking process we are using our recently established networking platform, to which you add the information about yourself and your company. Here you can see the 5-step instruction on how to sign up and book your 1-on-1 meetings.

More detailed guide on how to book your meetings can be found on the Meeting Guide page.

1. Create a profile at network.helsinkixrcenter.com

The most important details on your profile are your title, professional interests and a description of yourself, for example what you are offering & looking for from the network. Also, remember to put on email notifications!

2. Create (or assign to) an organization profile

Create an organization profile for your company if your organization doesn’t already exist on the Innoloft platform. The most important information is what the organization offers to and requests from the network.
