Match XR 2022 Meeting Guide

Step 1: Create your personal profile

1. Go to https://account.innoloft.com/signup
2. Register preferably WITH YOUR COMPANY EMAIL and confirm your registration
3. Log in at https://network.helsinkixrcenter.com
4. On the upper right corner of the page you can find a small arrow with your profile photo that opens a dropdown menu. Click on “My Profile”.
5. In this section, add all the information you want to your profile. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ADD YOUR TITLE, PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS AND A SHORT DESCRIPTION of what you do or what you are offering & looking for from Innoloft networking, as this information makes the 1-on-1 meeting matchmaking process a lot easier.
6. IMPORTANT: PUT ON EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS to get emails about meeting invitations and the replies to your meeting invitations. Do this in the left menu: Settings -> Notifications -> Tap on: Instantly. If you don’t have this setting on, you may miss important messages from potential contacts!

Step 2: Create organization profile / Assign to an organization profile

1. When signed in to HXRC Network, on the upper right corner of the page you can find a small arrow with your profile photo that opens a dropdown menu. Click on “My Profile”.
2. On the bottom of the page, you can see a light red box with texts and a button “Assign to organization” – click on that button.
3. Check first if your organization has an organization profile on Innoloft. If not, click on the button with the text with “CREATE NEW ORGANIZATION” that appeared on the bottom right corner of the page, and create a page for your organization.
4. Add all of the required information about your company, and click “Create and assign to organization”
5. After this, you can add the details about your organization’s profile. In addition to the organization type that was entered previously, THE MOST IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT YOUR COMPANY IS YOUR OFFERS AND REQUESTS, as this is by which participants will be filtered by when booking 1-on-1 meetings.
   1. OFFERS: What type of products/solutions/services does your organizations offer?
   2. REQUESTS: What is your organization looking for from this network?
6. … and you are DONE!

1. When signed in to HXRC Network, on the left menu, click Events. Choose Match XR 2022
2. Change your status to “Participating”

Step 4: Book 1-on-1 Meetings

1. When signed in to HXRC Network, on the left menu go to Events and choose Match XR 2022
2. On the left menu, choose Participants. In this view you can see all of the participants attending Match XR 2022 and who are open for networking.
3. On this page you can filter individuals based on their interests (hashtags) or organization type. There is also a blank field saying “Enter a keyword” on which you can type anything specific you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for individuals of a specific status, such as CEO, or someone in charge of sales, you can type “CEO” or “sales” in this field.
4. When you have found a person that matches your interest, click on the icon with two persons (found on the right corner of their box) to book a meeting with them at Match XR 2022 event.
5. After clicking on the icon, the 1-on-1 Meeting view opens up. On the right side of the page you can choose the meeting time that you want to suggest to the recipient. Please note that the 20-minute meeting duration consists of 15 minutes of actual meeting time + 5 minutes of exchange time to the next meeting. Meetings can be scheduled anywhere between 16-20 o’clock (4-8 PM).
6. Write a personal note to the recipient, and click send. Now the recipient will get a meeting request from you via email.
7. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF THE MEETINGS ARE HELD LIVE, FACE-TO-FACE, AT THE MATCH XR 2022 EVENT ON 16 NOVEMBER 2022 AT HÄMEENTIE 135 D, HELSINKI. No meetings are held online.

Step 5: Browse your prescheduled meetings

1. When signed in to HXRC Network, on the left menu go to Events and choose Match XR 2022
2. Go to the Networking tab (located under the cover image, on right)
3. Click on the “Open session” button. 1-on-1 Meeting view opens up, and here you can see a list of all of your scheduled meetings and on which table (1-15) you have your meeting.

Step 6: Arrive to your prescheduled meeting/s at Match XR 2022 event on 16 November 2022!

1. The entrance to the event venue is on the 1st Floor, and all of the 1-on-1 Meetings are held face-to-face on the 2nd Floor. Go to second floor via stairs or elevator (if you need to use the elevator, ask for an elevator key from the lobby staff).
2. Meeting hosts will welcome you on the second floor and provide you with instructions. You can always ask them for any help.
3. Hosts will tell you when your meeting is starting, and guides you to the right table.
4. The meeting duration is 15 minutes.
5. Hosts will notify you when you have 5 minutes left on your meeting.
6. Hosts will tell you when your meeting time is up.
7. If you have several meetings in a row, you will have a 5-minute break between every meeting.
